At Watchex India, every vintage timepiece is carefully inspected and authenticated before shipping to ensure quality and originality. Since we deal in vintage and pre-owned watches, each watch carries its own unique character and age-related traits.

Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We do not offer refunds on any orders once the purchase is completed.

All purchases made through Watchex India are considered final sale.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are only applicable in cases of:

  • Severe transit damage
  • Major functional issues caused during shipping
  • Total loss or major damage during delivery

To request an exchange, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • A mandatory full unboxing video from seal opening until product inspection
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Order confirmation or proof of purchase

Without a proper unboxing video, exchange requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Service Support

As we deal in vintage watches, minor age-related characteristics, accuracy variations, or vintage wear are considered normal.

However, Watchex India offers service support assistance within 7 days of delivery for eligible issues reported with proper proof.

If a watch is damaged or stuck during shipment, our team will help provide service guidance and support wherever possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • All vintage watches
  • Pre-owned watches
  • Sale items
  • Giveaway or promotional products
  • Customized or modified watches

Exchange Shipping

If a customer requests a return or exchange for reasons not related to transit damage or shipping issues, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.

If the issue is verified as a major shipping-related problem from our side, Watchex India may assist with exchange support.

Shipping Coverage

Watchex India currently ships across India.

All orders are prepaid only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Authentication & Inspection

Every watch listed on Watchex India undergoes inspection and authentication before dispatch to maintain quality standards and customer trust.

Due to the vintage nature of the products, slight imperfections, aging marks, or time accuracy variations may naturally exist.
