At Watchex India, we are committed to ensuring that every order is packed carefully and dispatched securely. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


Shipping Partners

Watchex India ships orders across India using trusted courier partners including:

  • DTDC
  • India Post
  • Other third-party courier providers based on service availability

Courier selection may vary depending on the delivery location and operational availability.


Shipping Charges

All shipping charges are paid by the customer unless specifically mentioned otherwise.

Watchex India only facilitates the shipment process on behalf of the customer by securely packing and handing over the package to the courier provider.


Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

During high-demand periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch timelines may vary.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines depend entirely on the courier provider and destination location.

Watchex India does not guarantee exact delivery dates or timelines.

Delivery delays caused by:

  • Courier companies
  • Weather conditions
  • Transport disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Remote area accessibility
  • Operational issues

are completely beyond our control.


Tracking Information

Once the order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID or shipment details.

After the shipment is handed over to the courier provider, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Track the shipment regularly
  • Coordinate with the courier provider
  • Follow up regarding delivery updates or delays

Watchex India will provide basic assistance whenever possible, but final delivery operations are managed entirely by the courier company.


Transit Risk & Shipping Liability

Watchex India is not directly responsible for:

  • Courier delays
  • Shipment hold issues
  • Transit damage
  • Package mishandling by courier companies
  • Delivery failures caused by incorrect customer information
  • Common shipping-related issues outside our control

However, in genuine severe transit damage cases, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Complete unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Photos/videos of the issue
  • Proof of purchase

Without a proper unboxing video, shipping damage claims may not be accepted.


Packaging & Dispatch

Every watch is inspected, authenticated, securely packed, and checked before dispatch to ensure safe shipping standards.

Due to the vintage nature of watches, minor aging marks or vintage characteristics are considered normal and not shipping defects.


Shipping Availability

Watchex India currently ships across India only.

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
All orders are prepaid.
